The short version

• We collect what you tell us when you book a call or email us, and we measure how people use this website.
• We use it to prepare for your call, stay in touch, and make the site and our ads better.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't send text messages.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Alowh LLC (“Alowh”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing team that works with independent medical practices. This policy covers alowh.com, the forms on it, and the emails and calls that follow. It is written for the people who visit this site: practice owners, managers, and anyone else looking into working with us.

Work we do for a practice once it becomes a client is covered by our agreement with that practice, and the websites we build for clients have their own privacy policies.

2. What we collect

What you tell us

When you fill in our book-a-call form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your practice's name, city and state, and website.
• Your answers to the questions: the kind of practice you run, your role, the marketing you've already tried, whether you're running ads, your biggest marketing challenge, roughly how many new patients you see a month, how many more you'd like, and when you'd want to start.
• The date you submitted the form and agreed to hear from us.

When you book a time, our calendar collects your name, your email, the time you chose, and anything you add to the booking notes. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.

What's collected automatically

As you use the site, our analytics tools record:

• The pages you view, the buttons you click, how far you scroll, and how you move through our forms, including which multiple-choice answers you pick.
• Your browser, device type, screen size, and language, and the site or ad that sent you here, including any campaign tags in the link you followed.
• Your IP address, which is used to work out your approximate location (city or region, not your street address).
• Errors the site runs into, so we can fix them.
• Session recordings: a replay of how a visit looked, with clicks, scrolling, and page changes. Text you type into our forms is hidden in these recordings, and the name, email, and phone number you enter are never sent to our analytics tools.

What we don't collect here

This site has no accounts or passwords and takes no payments. It is not meant for patient information. Please don't send us anything about a patient through a form, a booking note, or an email.

3. How we use it

• To prepare for your call. We look at your practice, your website, and your answers beforehand, so the conversation starts with specifics.
• To schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls, and to answer your questions.
• To email you about your call and, if you submitted our form, send occasional marketing tips for your practice. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To call you about your booking. We don't send text messages.
• To see what's working on the site, fix what's broken, and keep spam out.
• To measure our advertising and decide who sees it, including showing our ads to people who have visited this site.
• To meet legal obligations and protect against misuse.

4. The tools we use

We're a small team, so we rely on other companies' software to run the site. Each one handles information on our behalf, for the purpose listed, under its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare. Hosts this website and delivers it to your browser. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and basic request details to serve pages and block abuse. Its Turnstile check also runs on the last step of our book-a-call form, where it looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots. Privacy policy.
• Brevo. Stores the answers and contact details from our book-a-call form, and sends our emails. Privacy policy.
• Cal.com. Runs our booking calendar. When you pick a time, Cal.com receives your name, your email, and the notes for the call, and tells us when a call is booked, moved, or cancelled. Privacy policy.
• PostHog. Product analytics, error reports, and session recordings, so we can see which pages are useful and where the site breaks. Privacy policy.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Traffic measurement: how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us. Privacy policy.
• Meta Pixel. Tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages were viewed and when someone finishes our form or taps to call, so we can measure our ads and show them to the right people. Privacy policy.
• accessiBe. The accessibility menu in the corner of most pages. It remembers the display settings you choose. Privacy policy.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade our contact list.

We share information only:

• With the companies listed above, so they can do the jobs described.
• When the law requires it, or when it's needed to protect our rights, our clients, or someone's safety.
• If Alowh is ever sold or merged, in which case your information would move to the new owner under the terms of this policy.

One thing to be plain about: the Meta Pixel and Google's tools send information about your visit to Meta and Google, which they may combine with what they already know about you. Some state laws call this “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” The next section explains how to turn it off.

6. Cookies and your choices

Our analytics and advertising tools use cookies and similar browser storage to recognize a returning visitor and to connect a visit to the ad that led to it. The accessibility menu uses them to remember your settings. We don't use cookies to log you in, because there's nothing to log in to.

You can limit or stop this tracking:

• Block or clear cookies in your browser's settings, or use a private window or a content blocker. The site works the same without them.
• Turn off ads based on your activity in your Meta ad preferences.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.

Our site doesn't currently respond to “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals from your browser, so please use the options above.

7. Email and phone

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails with the link at the bottom of any of them, or by emailing us. We'll still send messages about a call you've booked. We use your phone number only to call you about your booking. We don't text, and we don't pass your number to anyone else to call you.

8. How long we keep it

We keep what you've sent us for as long as we're in conversation with you, working with you, or you're subscribed to our emails, and we delete it whenever you ask. Analytics data and session recordings are kept for the retention periods set in those tools and are deleted automatically after that. We may keep a record longer when the law requires it, such as a note that you unsubscribed.

9. How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection, the keys to our systems stay on our servers and never reach your browser, and access to lead information is limited to our team. No website or storage system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security. If something goes wrong that affects your information, we'll tell you.

10. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you and give you a copy.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your information.
• Stop emailing you, or stop using your information for advertising.

Email hello@alowh.com from the address you gave us and we'll respond within 30 days. We may ask a question or two to confirm it's you. We won't treat you any differently for asking.

11. Children

This site is for people who run or work at medical practices. It isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

12. Visitors outside the United States

We're based in the United States and work with practices here. Our service providers store information in the United States and the European Union. If you visit from somewhere else, your information will be processed in those places, where privacy laws may differ from your own.

13. Changes to this policy

When the site or the tools behind it change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change meaningfully affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll email you first.
